If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
